On this project we purchased and removed two Daiken chillers from the former factory of the luxury phone manufactures, Vertu. Once we arrived on site we put on our full PPE and headed to the site office to under go a full site induction. Once we had completed the site induction, we made our way to the roof too asses what we would have to do to free up the chillers. We unbolted both chillers from the bases they were sat on, we also unbolted the flange so that the chiller is free from any pipe work, we made sure that there was no live power going to the chiller then disconnected the electrics. This was a contract lift so we didn’t have to bring our own strops to site nor did we have to use our in-house banksman. Once the chiller was safely loaded and secured to our flat bed transport, we paid our client in full via bank transfer before anything left site.
